The rapid progress of information technology has made it possible for accountants to generate very detailed and multi-faceted financial information. While increasingly, people are in need to obtain and understand the relevance of what is behind financial data, financial information are often perceived as being dull and difficult to understand.
This workshop is delivered across two parts. In the first part, the training focuses on finding a purpose of why you need to be good in communicating and presenting as accountants, what does it take to do a great presentation and how to present your ideas with high impact. The second part will focus on equipping you with the ability to use and present financial information from the user’s perspective (e.g. senior management, non-finance background) and be able to get buy-in through effective communication of such information.
