Nominations for the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Excellence Awards 2020 are now open to Hong Kong listed companies in the following categories:

Corporate Governance Excellence Award

• Hang Seng Index Constituent Companies
• Hang Seng Composite Index Constituent Companies
• Hang Seng China (Hong Kong-listed) 100 Index Constituent Companies
• Other Main Board and GEM Board Companies
• Newly-listed Companies*

* Being companies listed within 3 years prior to year of award nomination and have published at least two annual reports.

# Each company can be nominated for only one category.

These prestigious Awards will recognize those Hong Kong listed companies with outstanding commitment to shareholder rights, compliance, integrity, fairness, responsibility, accountability, transparency, board independence & leadership, and corporate social responsibility, with particular emphasis on innovations and improvement, company culture and business impact.

Sustainability Excellence Award

All candidate companies will be considered for the Sustainability Excellence Award which aims to recognize companies with a strong sense of social and environmental commitment.

No separate nomination is required.
