This practical advanced program will focus on the circumstances of putting you into the role of the transaction parties and will guide you through the critical decision making process step by step in an interactive way. After the course, you can be able to identify the issues and understand the underlying principles under different case scenarios. You will also be provided with the relevant legal cases in analyzing the issues by way of group discussions. In addition, you will then bring home along with the risk mitigating factors, documentation defects, suggested amendments if any, and more essentially, the application of practical approaches into your daily operations.
