Annual review on typical employment cases in China in 2018

While many Hong Kong people tend to work or do businesses in the Mainland China, they would need to be equipped with Chinese employment laws and regulations to refrain from legal disputes. In the seminar, ten typical labour dispute cases publicly released by Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court last year will be covered. The speaker will also cover legal risks commonly found in employee relationship management and provide feasible solutions based on judicial standards.
