The programme aims to provide the participants an overview of the deal mechanism of syndication loan facility in HK & China, which will be supplemented with real case study. The participants will be able to understand the structuring syndication loan facilities including (a) the basic features of syndication loan in HK; (b) key indicative termsheet parameters; (c) different roles of banks in the syndications and their duties; (d) the advantages of arranging syndication loan from borrowers' perspectives; (e) the sale and transfer of syndication loan in the secondary market.
