The Stock Exchange has received a message from Shun Cheong Holdings 
Limited (the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the Company's announcement dated 21 December 2005 in 
relation to the Interim Results Announcement (Summary) of the Company and 
its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 September 2005 submitted to 
the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange"), the 
Company would like to inform the Stock Exchange that:

Due to typographical errors, the Profit/(Loss) after Taxation & MI for 
the current period from 1 April 2005 to 30 September 2005 should be 
(HK$7,613,000) instead of (HK$7,957,000) and the Profit/(Loss) after 
ETD Items for the current period from 1 April 2005 to 30 September 2005 
should be (HK$7,613,000) instead of (HK$7,957,000)."
