At the request of Shun Cheong Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading in 
its shares will be suspended with effect from 10:00 a.m. today (16/7/2001) 
pending the release of the any announcement relating to a voluntary cash 
offer to acquire all the shares in the Company by vLink Global Limited.
